Because forgiveness is like this: a room can be dank because you have closed the windows, you’ve closed the curtains. But the sun is shining outside, and the air is fresh outside. In order to get that fresh air, you have to get up and open the window and draw the curtains apart.

Peace . . .
Beautiful picture, and lovely quote to go with it, Jean. I personally hate closed windows and curtains, in any space that I have enough privacy I will leave my windows bare.
I have very few curtains in my home. This is my bathroom window, and for obvious reasons, need the privacy! The breeze was coming in that day after a long week of oppressive humidity. I can’t tell if the image says “fresh,” or if it is my memory that speaks to me.
We were separated at birth weren’t we? 🙂 Yes, the bathroom always needs a curtain.
So glad we’ve been reunited!
Me too!
Jean, an excellent interpretation (and words to live by) for this weekly challenge theme! Appreciate the link here on your blog to my “Fresh” post! Thank you. P.S. I failed to say this earlier …. LOVE your blog title!
Oh! Thank you, you’re welcome, and thank you! I have doubts, myself, about the name but everything I tried first was already taken!
What an awesome quote, and your picture compliments it very nicely… 🙂
Thank you!
